I ordered a pack of these masks, they arrived really quickly, they are excellent quality, well made with a comfort strip that pinches across the nose which helps to prevent your glasses Steaming up. I will definitely use this company again, The customer service is excellent, staff answered all my queries and were extremely patient and friendly.
I ordered a pack of 20 face masks (£19.99 + £2.95 p & p)., on 20th May. They claimed a Fast Delivery Service. After waiting 10 days they still had not arrived and I phoned the 0800 number. The only person you can speak to is someone taking orders for Vytaliving. It is impossible to enquire about your order. There is no one to ask. I wanted to cancel my order so he told me to email Info@bioenergiser.com . Today, 18 days later, I received a very small package in the post. It was the masks, definitely not worth the wait or the money. They are identical to Boots own masks only theirs are £35 for 50 with no p & p. Beware of ads in newspapers!
Took a couple of weeks to arrive, but very pleased with them now they have come. There is a soft reinforced upper strip which can easily be contoured to the nose and upper face which stops breath moisture from steaming up glasses if you wear them. Service might have frustrated other reviewers but nothing wrong with the masks.
Ordered and paid for masks on 04/05/20 o/number 36313 today is 05/06/20 is it the policy of your company to keep a 79 year old pensioners money and not supply the goods that where ordered,????
I ordered and paid for 100 masks for my shop a few weeks ago and today 50 turned up.... where is the rest of the order? i have tried in vain to contact anyone either by phone (recorded message either to leave a message or to ring an 0800 number that does not exist), email or live chat... please can someone look into this... i would now like a refund for the second half of the order as i have obtained masks elsewhere.... terrible customer service...
