Our Menopause Patch has been formulated to support women by minimising symptoms of menopause. Including hot flushes, night sweating, hormonal and mood changes.

Each patch contains the Phytoestrogens, Phyto- meaning plant. Multiple studies have proven these to be good for which very good for the urogenital system health for women. The ingredients include Black Cohosh, Skullcap, Oat Seed, Damiana, Valerian and Ginger. Gotu Kola is very good for night sweats, hot flushes, and hormone imbalances. Black Cohosh complex is vital for energy release and normal hormonal activity.

Gotu Kola

Gotu Kola or 'Centella asiatica' is a herbaceous flowering plant . Historically, Gotu kola has been used to for a number of issues with the body, one of which is related to female hormones. Gotu Kola is considered to be an Ayurvedic approach to support menopausal symptoms.

Damiana

Damiana is a beautiful yellow flowering plant with many therapeutic health properties. One of which is thought to contribute to the rebalancing of the female hormonal system. Also known as 'Turnera Diffusa', the incredible plant helps to reduce symptoms of menopause such as hot flashes.

Valerian

Valerian is a flowering plant typically found in Europe and Asia. Also known as 'Valeriana officinalis', it is a popular plant alternative to reduce hot flashes in women during menopause. Not to mention, studies have shown that valerian is an effective sleep and mood aid for postmenopausal women.

Ensure skin is clean, dry and free of hair. Apply one patch directly onto an area of the body that is not covered in hair, avoiding the face, neck and genital area. Do not use more than one patch in any 24 hour period. Apply the patch in a new position each day.

For external use only. Do not use on broken or already irritated skin

I really believe these patches are helping me to feel better, and they are so easy to use. Overall I am very pleased with them.

Not worth the money

Found them useless. Bad adherence and made no difference to my hot sweats. Don't waste your money!
