Multivitamins for over 50s

Still early to feel any benefits .However the tablets are far too large have had problems swallowing them I have had to cut them in two also if these tablets melt before you swallow them they are not nice to taste and leave a burning sensation in your throat. ICE water helps to cool your throat.wouldnot recommend them for anyone who has difficulty swallowing tablets sorry butIwill not be buying any more
