Sports strapping tape is a stretchy, thin strip of fabric that replicates human skin's thickness and elasticity. The tape can be worn around joints and injuries long term, providing support and protection without restricting your movement. Professional athletes use this coloured tape because it speeds their return to full fitness and helps prevent further injury
Directions for Use
When applying, remove a 4 cm piece of backing paper from the end of the tape, and stick the exposed end as an anchor point to your skin. Remove the rest of the backing paper while stretching and sticking the tape as you need. Always attach the last 4 cm without stretching the tape. End the tape on the skin, not on top of another piece of tape. Once you have applied tape, rub to create warmth. This helps the adhesion of the tape.
