How to use

To use the product, place it on your knees and adjust the straps for comfort. Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn it on, activating auto mode with low vibration, medium heating, and infrared lights. Adjust the lights by pressing the corresponding button, and vibration intensity with another button. You can also adjust the temperature using the temperature control button. The massage session lasts for 25 minutes by default, but you can turn off the unit at any time by pressing the power button for 2 seconds.
