How to use

To use the wraps, place on your calves, adjusting for comfort without wrapping too tightly. Next, hold the power button for 3 seconds to start, with Mode P1 and Intensity 1. then cycle through modes with short presses. Adjust intensity with the intensity button, cycling through 1-2-3 levels. Turn off by holding the power button for 3 seconds.
