Turmeric

Turmeric extract is rich in Curcumin and Curcuminoids which have been extensively studied and found to be elixirs for wellbeing. Turmeric is extracted from the 'Curcuma longa' plant most commonly grown in India. Turmeric's actives have been linked with a reduction in inflammation, improvements in digestion, supported immune health, and most commonly a reduction in joint pain and inflammation.

Black Pepper

Black Pepper is most famous for its fiery and peppery flavour, but we champion it's health benefits. The wellbeing properties of 'Piper nigrum' include improved circulation in micro vessels, better digestion and enhanced turmeric absorption.

The patches are very comfortable to wear and although they didn't take the pain away completely they dulled it enough for me to be able to do everyday things and not need as much pain relief. They took about 10 days to kick in properly.

I have had severe sciatica in right leg radiating to toes with severe numbness for two years. Previous to severe pain caused by a fall at Bootcamp (!) have always been fit and sporty. Physio was basically - do ‘pilates’ and then they parked me in the waiting bay for over a year, and now at last, after several MRI’s the door was unlocked for me to see a neurosurgeon (NHS). I am now awaiting surgery for neck - C6/7 surgery, and L3/4 5, 6 disc protrusion and many other bits and bobs going on as a result of arthritis and hard core nursing for 36 years . Up until 6 weeks ago I was taking max daily dose Gabapentin, and others drugs to support the intense nerve pain and to enable me to continue to work full time. The pain was relentless and many times I thought 'I cannot go on like this’ and wanted to ’end’ to it all - You will understand if you have or had this horrific pain. 12 weeks ago, my Mum, in desperation of seeing me in such pain for over two years, sent for these Sciaticure patches which she had seen advertised in a magazine. Knowing that Vitamin B assist with nerve damage( and couldn’t face adding another tablet to my massIve daily prescription) decided anything was worth a try. - I am now 10 weeks on from wearing a patch (on right side of my calf) and the nerve pain has reduced significantly - so much so that over the last month I have been able to reduce the analgesia by nearly half the dose (it takes time to reduce carefully, when using Gabapentin)
If you are in severe pain and cannot even think straight due to the pain, I understand completely. Give these a go, after three weeks, I saw a change in my pain. It might not go completely but, it may help you move more effectively at the very least, which is so important. These patches have helped me, improved my pain, I can get a better sleep, and my mental health has also improved. They are not going to cure the root of the problem but, for me reducing the pain, has been been a miracle. Two friends are now trying them AND my mum (81yrs)- I think they will help her own nerve pain from debilitating arthritis plus improve her everyday brain function - although she is far too smug now for having sent me my Sciaticure patches, she has every right though!! I am nurse, and not everything works in the same way, for everyone. I would certainly advocate for anyone in dire circumstances with severe nerve pain to try these patches.
Thank you ( and thanks Mum!)
