The Ab Booster Plus is a great compact home workout machine that will help improve fitness, flexibility and increase your core strength with regular use. If you do not like going to the gym, this is a good alternative as when used correctly, it works 4 of the main muscle groups at the same time.

How to use the Ab Booster Plus

Sit on the seat and hold onto the handlebars in a position that is comfortable for you.
Place both feet on either of the sets of foot bars. We would recommend starting using the lower bars and then move onto the higher bars when you feel comfortable enough to do so.
Push down with your legs whilst pulling the handlebars towards you. Repeat these slow, controlled movements as many times or for as long as you want to work out for.

The Ab Booster Plus is a manual machine which means it does not need to be plugged into a power supply to work. This makes is fully portable and can be used anywhere, including outside. Just ensure the Ab Booster Plus is stored in a dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

Use of both bars should be alternated so that different leg muscles are worked. You can also alter you grip on the handlebars to find the most comfortable position when using the different foot bars.

Ab booster plus

I purchased this to strengthen my core muscles. Early days yet as although I try to use it every day, just recently I have had a sick dog to care for which has taken up my time.
It was a challenge to put it together as the pictures on the instructions were very small & we went wrong a few times & had to back track. Once together I got on it & felt a right twit as I couldn’t move it. Once I got the hang of it though it was fine & I recommend it.
