This could be due to poor circulation which is caused by lack of movement and is very common for people who cannot stand or walk very far. The Circulation Maxx Revitaliser uses a non-invasive, and drug-free way to stimulate blood flow and reduce symptoms of poor circulation.

How it works

Circulation issues mostly occur from lack of movement and are most common in elderly people or people with disabilities who are unable to stand or move as much as they need, to allow the blood to properly circulate. The areas of the body that are most affected are the feet, ankles, and lower legs.

The circulation Maxx Revitaliser uses EMS technology to send small electrical pulses up the legs to contract the muscles to simulate movement and encourage blood flow to that area and help maintain healthy circulation which in turn can reduce aches, pain and swelling.

How to use the Revitaliser

To use, just need to sit down and place both bare feet on the footpads on the device. Both feet need to be touching the pads for the Revitaliser to work and the pulses to be felt. It does not matter if your feet are larger than the footplates or if you have smaller feet and they do not cover the footplates entirely. The electrical pulses are the same for each section of the footplate so as long as your feet have good contact with the device, you will feel the pulses as normal.

Select the power level (1-99), the EMS cycle and the timer either using the control panel on the device or using the remote. We recommend 30 minutes of use per day.

What is EMS?

EMS stands for Electrical muscle stimulation. It has a variety of uses including sports recovery, injury rehabilitation and for helping reduce the symptoms of muscular and circulatory issues.

It works by sending small electrical pulses into the muscles to make them contract which mimics movement and stimulates blood flow.
This can prevent the pooling of blood and fluid in the lower extremities which helps reduce swelling, aching and pain.

Built in timer

The Revitaliser has a built in timer which can be set up to 25 minutes and will automatically stop when it reaches 0. This means you can use the device whilst reading or watching TV and not have to worry about keeping track of how long you have been using it for.

Remote Controlled

The remote can be used to set the timer, to set the power mode and the power level for the footplates and the TENS pads. The remote requires 2x AAA batteries (Not included)

Power Supply

The Reviver comes with a 6v AC adapter (175cm).

No. Unfortunately you cannot use any of our devices that use EMS technology if you have a pacemaker. We offer alternative products such as the Sitwalk and the Vytabike which are safe to use with a pacemaker.

We recommend checking with your pharmacist or GP before purchasing any of our products if you are unsure.

If your replacement knee or hip is made from Titanium, then you are safe to use this device.

If not, you cannot use any of our devices that use EMS technology. We offer alternative products such as the Sitwalk and the Vytabike which are safe to use with knee/hip replacements.

We recommend checking with your pharmacist or GP before purchasing any of our products if you are unsure.

We recommend starting at level 1 and increasing it until the electrical pulses can be felt. Over time, as your circulation improves, you can reduce the level you need to use.

We recommend one 30-minute session a day, but this may need to be increased to two or three sessions if you have very poor circulation.

If you cannot feel the pulses, it is most likely because you have very poor circulation. We recommend testing the device with your hands and increasing the power level until you can feel it.

Another reason you may not be able to feel the electrical pulses is if you have very dry feet.

We offer a conductive gel which will increase the conductivity of the skin although, you can use any kind of water-based moisturiser for this

TENS Pads

All 4 TENS Pads need to be used at the same time for the pulses to be felt. They must be securely stuck to bare skin and not be overlapping.

Ensure the lead is plugged into the device correctly.

As the Revitaliser is a grade IIa medical device, we are able to offer a VAT free option.

GOV.UK states that you are VAT exempt if:
