Description
The BioFeedBac™ wrist band helps to reduce pain, stiffness, inflammation and tenderness caused by repetitive strain injury (RSI) carpal tunnel, keyboard typing and injuries and sprains. Suitable for men and women
The BioFeedBac™ RSI and Arthritis Wrist Band have been developed using the latest technological advances in biofeedback response mechanism and proprioception advancements. The BioFeedBac™ RSI and Arthritis Wrist Band have been designed specifically to incorporate the patented BioFeedBac™ proprioception technology.
This unique patented technology allows the wearer to sense automatically when their wrist/forearm is not in the ideal or neutral position. This awkward wrist and forearm position over time may lead to wrist and forearm injury such as RSI.
All the wearer has to do is wear the wrist band so it’s in contact with their skin and the specially designed proprioception nodules which allow the brain additional positional feedback which allows the wrist to revert to the optimum or neutral position.
Symptoms of repetitive strain injury (RSI) – what to look out for:
- Stiffness in the wrist or forearm pain, aching or tenderness
- Throbbing or constant pounding sensation
- Numbness
- Cramp
- Inflammation
Symptoms of RSI usually develop gradually over time. The symptoms can range from very mild to very painful depending on how long you have had RSI and what caused the injury.
Patients with muscular pain in and around their joints have a deficit in their proprioception.
The proprioceptive system is made up of receptor nerves positioned in the muscles, joints and ligaments around joints. The receptors can sense tension and stretch and pass this information to the brain where it is processed. The brain then responds by signalling to muscles to contract or relax to produce the desired movement.
This system is subconscious. We don’t have to think about these movements or the corrections to movements. Most importantly, the body can be taught using so-called neural plasticity.

“I have worked closely with Bioenergiser in the UK to produce the world’s first BioFeedBac™ health delivery system that is validated by clinical research. BioFeedBac™ utilises the body’s automated awareness and re-educates your muscles to perform at their best. BioFeedBac™ takes the latest health innovation techniques in the science of drug-free medicine and applies them to the home environment”

How to use
Place the Biowrist Band on your wrist (make sure that the nodules are on the inside of the band so they are facing your skin) and the BioFeedBac™ logo is facing outwards.
Attach the Biowrist Band using the holes in the loop – you can cut to size if the band is too large for you. The important factor is that the Biowrist Band is comfortable on your wrist (it should not be so tight as to restrict blood flow or cause restriction in any way). Wear it like you would a bracelet.
You can wear the Biowrist Band as often as you like. We do suggest after long periods of wear to take it off for a while and then place it back on the wrist. You can wear it in the shower, bath or swimming pool.
Most clients see maximum benefits within 8 weeks. If you stop wearing the Biowrist Band, then the benefits will stop too
