What a change

Been taking these for 3 months and the difference is amazing. I used to get gurgling noises from my stomach every night before bed and sometimes cramps that stopped me sleeping

Since using this product these very rarely happen.

Also I took these on an overseas holiday where many guests got bad stomachs due to the heat and dehydration-I had no such issues until the day I forgot to take my pre and probiotics-could be a coincidence but I doubt it

Would give product more stars if I could
